| Description | Recognising 5 prime GAGCT^C 3 prime, this rapid recombinant endonuclease cuts plasmid DNA, PCR products and genomic DNA within 5 to 15 minutes for fragment cutting and cloning. Supplied at 20 U/uL, it operates in the shared rapid series buffer at 37°C and is heat inactivated at 80°C for 20 minutes. Dam, Dcm, CpG, EcoKI and EcoBI methylation all leave activity unchanged, and the isoschizomers Psp124BI and SstI share the specificity. |
