| Product Name | RsaI Rapid Restriction Endonuclease (10 U/uL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0459 |
| Description | Recognising the tetranucleotide site 5 prime GT^AC 3 prime, this rapid recombinant endonuclease prepares DNA fragments for cloning and supports digest verification and restriction map analysis, cutting plasmid DNA, PCR products and genomic DNA within 5 to 15 minutes. Supplied at 10 U/uL, it runs in the shared rapid series buffer at 37°C Dam, Dcm, EcoKI and EcoBI methylation leave activity unchanged while CpG methylation at overlapping sites affects cutting, and the isoschizomers include AfaI, Csp6I, CviQI and RsaNI. Note that the enzyme cannot be heat inactivated; use phenol chloroform extraction or column purification for removal. |
