| Product Name | Ribonuclease Inhibitor, Human Placenta |
| Catalog No. | IEC-HMM-0038 |
| Applications | Ribonuclease Inhibitor specifically inhibits RNase A, RNase B, and RNase C, forming a 1:1 complex to block RNase activity. It does not inhibit RNase 1, RNase T1, S1 nuclease, RNase H, or RNase from Aspergillus; it also has no inhibitory effect on Taq DNA polymerase, AMV, M-MLV, or SP6 and T7 RNA polymerases. |
| Source | Recombinant E.coli |
| MV | 50 kDa |
| Purity | >95% |
| Buffer | 20 mM HEPES-KOH (pH7.6), 50 mM KCl, 8 mM DTT, 50% (v/v) glycerol |
| Storage | -20°C |
| Instructions | 1. Ribonuclease Inhibitor has a wide pH range for inhibitory activity (pH 5.5–9); 2. The final concentration used in RT and in vitro transcription is 1 U/μL; 3. When Ribonuclease Inhibitor binds to RNase A, RNase A is released when the temperature exceeds 50°C or when the solution contains a high concentration of denaturants. |
