| Product Name | PstI Rapid Restriction Endonuclease (20 U/uL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0449 |
| Description | This rapid recombinant endonuclease cuts 5 prime CTGCA^G 3 prime to generate a 3 prime overhang and serves molecular cloning with fast digestion of plasmid DNA, PCR products and genomic DNA within 5 to 15 minutes. Supplied at 20 U/uL, it runs in the shared rapid series buffer at 37°C Dam, Dcm, CpG, EcoKI and EcoBI methylation all leave activity unchanged, giving predictable performance across template sources, and BspMAI is the documented isoschizomer. Note that the enzyme cannot be heat inactivated; use phenol chloroform extraction or column purification to remove it after digestion. |
