| Product Name | PvuI Rapid Restriction Endonuclease (20 U/uL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0454 |
| Description | Recognising 5 prime CGAT^CG 3 prime, this rapid recombinant endonuclease supports gene cloning, recombinant vector construction and plasmid linearisation, cutting plasmid DNA, PCR products and genomic DNA within 5 to 15 minutes. It is supplied at 20 U/uL and digests in the common rapid series buffer at 37°C, followed by heat inactivation at 80°C for 20 minutes. CpG methylation blocks cleavage at overlapping sites while Dam, Dcm, EcoKI and EcoBI methylation are tolerated, and Ple19I is the documented isoschizomer. |
