| Product Name | PspGI Rapid Restriction Endonuclease (10 U/uL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0452 |
| Description | Recognising the degenerate site 5 prime CCWGG 3 prime, where W is A or T, this rapid recombinant endonuclease supports gene cloning, vector construction and plasmid linearisation with digestion completed in 5 to 15 minutes. Dcm methylation fully overlapping the site blocks cleavage, a trait exploited in methylation dependent restriction analysis, and the enzyme shares its specificity with a wide isoschizomer panel including EcoRII, MvaI, BstNI, BciT130I, BseBI, AjnI, Psp6I and Bst2UI. Supplied at 10 U/uL, it runs in the common rapid series buffer at 37°C Note that the enzyme cannot be heat inactivated; remove it by phenol chloroform extraction or column purification after digestion. |
