Product Name Protein A-Tn5 Transposase for CUT&Tag Assays (10 U/uL, with Buffer)
Catalog No. IVDRM-0336
Description This fusion enzyme couples Protein A to an engineered hyperactive Tn5 transposase, so antibody guidance directs tagmentation to DNA near the protein of interest. Recognising the mosaic-end sequence at the transposon termini, the complex inserts adapters into target DNA in one step. CUT&Tag replaces conventional ChIP-seq for protein-genome interaction studies with a higher signal-to-noise ratio, better reproducibility, low cell input and a one-day route from cells to finished library.
Intended Use CUT&Tag assays mapping protein-DNA interactions in chromatin; research in epigenetics, oncology and stem cell biology.
Components / Formulation Transposase component and matched reaction buffer
Storage Conditions Component A at -85 °C to -65 °C; remaining components at -25 °C to -15 °C
Shelf Life 12 months
Package Specifications 80 U and 160 U packs
