| Product Name | PpuMI Rapid Restriction Endonuclease (10 U/uL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0456 |
| Description | Recognising the heavily degenerate site 5 prime RG^GWCCY 3 prime, this rapid recombinant endonuclease prepares DNA fragments and supports restriction analysis, cutting plasmid DNA, PCR products and genomic DNA within 5 to 15 minutes. Supplied at 10 U/uL, it operates in the unified rapid series buffer at 37°C and is heat inactivated at 80°C for 20 minutes. Dcm methylation influences cleavage at overlapping sequences, and the isoschizomers PspPPI and Psp5II share the specificity. |
