| Product Name | PmlI Rapid Restriction Endonuclease (20 U/uL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0455 |
| Description | Cutting 5 prime CAC^GTG 3 prime to leave a 3 prime overhang, this rapid recombinant endonuclease supports DNA fragment preparation, cloning and digestion based modification work in gene engineering. It digests plasmid DNA, PCR products and genomic DNA within 5 to 15 minutes, is supplied at 20 U/uL, and runs in the shared rapid series buffer at 37°C with heat inactivation at 80°C for 20 minutes. CpG, EcoKI and EcoBI methylation possibly overlapping the site may block cutting, and the isoschizomers include AcvI, Eco72I, PspCI and BbrPI. |
