| Product Name | PacI Rapid Restriction Endonuclease (10 U/uL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0450 |
| Description | Recognising the AT rich octameric site 5 prime TTAAT^TAA 3 prime, this rapid recombinant endonuclease acts as a rare cutter that releases large inserts with minimal internal cleavage. It digests plasmid DNA, PCR products and genomic DNA within 5 to 15 minutes, is supplied at 10 U/uL, and runs in the shared rapid series buffer at 37°C with heat inactivation at 80°C for 20 minutes. EcoKI methylation possibly overlapping the site may affect cutting, and no alternative named isoschizomers are documented. This unit stores at -20°C and ships with ice packs. |
