| Product Name | NruI Rapid Restriction Endonuclease (20 U/uL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0446 |
| Description | Recognising 5 prime TCG^CGA 3 prime, this rapid recombinant endonuclease prepares DNA fragments and cuts plasmid DNA, PCR products and genomic DNA within 5 to 15 minutes. Supplied at 20 U/uL, it runs in the shared rapid series buffer at 37°C CpG methylation fully overlapping the site blocks cleavage. Note that the enzyme cannot be heat inactivated; remove it after digestion by phenol chloroform extraction or column purification. |
