| Product Name | Non-Corrosive Nucleic Acid Remover |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0232 |
| Description | Non-Corrosive Nucleic Acid Remover is an acid- and alkali-free, non-corrosive, environmentally friendly nucleic acid decontamination spray. Its physicochemical properties are highly similar to those of surfactants, allowing it to penetrate into the micro-crevices of instruments, equipment, and bench surfaces within seconds and rapidly dissociate firmly adsorbed DNA/RNA contamination. The ready-to-use spray-head design delivers a fine mist at the press of a button, blocking aerosol spread and eliminating the risk of false positives. It is ideal for routine cleaning of automated workstations and PCR laboratories. Key Features: Simple and fast: removes RNase and DNA/RNA templates from pipetting workstations, bench surfaces, and airborne suspensions within 5-10 minutes; no tedious A+B bottle mixing required. Outstanding removal efficiency: removal rate of 99.9% or higher. Safe and non-toxic: neutral, non-irritating and non-corrosive (contains no sodium hypochlorite, hydrogen peroxide, strong acids, or strong alkalis); non-enzymatic formulation. |
| Intended Use | For the routine removal of DNA/RNA contamination and RNase from pipetting workstations, instruments, equipment, bench surfaces, and airborne suspensions in automated workstations and PCR laboratories, helping to control aerosol-borne contamination and prevent false-positive results. |
| Principle / Technology | Surfactant-like physicochemical action: the formulation penetrates micro-crevices on instruments, equipment, and bench surfaces within seconds and rapidly dissociates firmly adsorbed DNA/RNA contamination. The ready-to-use spray mist blocks aerosol diffusion. The product is neutral, non-corrosive, and non-enzymatic, and contains no sodium hypochlorite, hydrogen peroxide, strong acids, or strong alkalis. |
| Sample Type | Pipetting workstations Bench and equipment surfaces Airborne/aerosol suspensions in PCR laboratories |
| Performance Range / Specifications | Nucleic acid removal rate: >=99.9% Action time: 5-10 minutes Effective against RNase and DNA/RNA templates on workstations, surfaces, and in air suspensions |
| Reaction Conditions / Protocol | Spray directly onto the target surface or work area using the ready-to-use spray head; allow 5-10 minutes of contact time to clear RNase and DNA/RNA contamination. No mixing of separate components is required. |
| Components / Formulation | Neutral, non-enzymatic aqueous formulation with surfactant-like physicochemical properties; free of sodium hypochlorite, hydrogen peroxide, strong acids, and strong alkalis. |
