| Product Name | NLS-Cas9-EGFP Nuclease, High Concentration (10 mg/mL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0587 |
| Description | A recombinant nuclease that fuses a nuclear localisation signal, Streptococcus pyogenes Cas9 and enhanced green fluorescent protein, built for high efficiency DNA-free CRISPR editing. The N-terminus carries the nuclear localisation signal while the C-terminus carries EGFP and a 6-His purification tag, so once the Cas9 ribonucleoprotein complex enters the cell the signal drives rapid nuclear localisation without any transcription or translation step and raises editing efficiency. The EGFP tag marks transfected cells for real-time tracking and fluorescence-activated cell sorting, allowing edited populations to be enriched and trimming the downstream workload and cost of single-cell cloning and genotyping. Purity is at least 95% with no endonuclease, exonuclease or RNase activity. |
