| Product Name | NheI Rapid Restriction Endonuclease (20 U/uL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0444 |
| Description | Recognising 5 prime G^CTAGC 3 prime, this rapid recombinant endonuclease generates cohesive ends compatible with SpeI and XbaI digests, a property widely used in multi fragment assembly schemes such as the Gibson-independent, golden-gate-style assembly strategies. It digests plasmid DNA, PCR products and genomic DNA within 5 to 15 minutes, is supplied at 20 U/uL, and operates in the shared rapid series buffer at 37°C with heat inactivation at 80°C for 20 minutes. CpG methylation possibly overlapping the site obstructs cleavage, and AsuNHI is the documented isoschizomer. |
