| Product Name | NdeI Rapid Restriction Endonuclease (20 U/uL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0443 |
| Description | Cutting 5 prime CA^TATG 3 prime, this rapid recombinant endonuclease targets a site that embeds the ATG start codon, making it a staple for positioning open reading frames in expression vector construction. It rapidly digests plasmid DNA, PCR products and genomic DNA within 5 to 15 minutes, is supplied at 20 U/uL, and runs in the common rapid series buffer at its 37°C optimum followed by heat inactivation at 80°C for 20 minutes. Dam, Dcm, CpG, EcoKI and EcoBI methylation have no effect on activity, and FauNDI is the recognised isoschizomer. |
