| Product Name | MseI Rapid Restriction Endonuclease (10 U/uL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0439 |
| Description | Recognising the AT rich frequent site 5 prime T^TAA 3 prime, this rapid recombinant endonuclease produces many small fragments from genomic DNA and supports DNA fragment cutting and cloning workflows. It digests plasmid DNA, PCR products and genomic DNA within 5 to 15 minutes, is supplied at 10 U/uL, and operates in the common rapid series buffer at 37°C with heat inactivation at 80°C for 20 minutes. EcoKI methylation blocks cleavage at overlapping sequences while Dam, Dcm, CpG and EcoBI methylation are tolerated, and the isoschizomers include Tru1I, Tru9I and SaqAI. |
| Intended Use | DNA fragment cutting and cloning with frequent cutter digestion of AT rich templates |
| Principle / Technology | Site specific cleavage at 5 prime T^TAA 3 prime within 5 to 15 minutes at 37°C |
