| Product Name | MscI Rapid Restriction Endonuclease |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0441 |
| Description | Recognising 5 prime TGG^CCA 3 prime, this rapid recombinant endonuclease produces blunt ended fragments for DNA fragment preparation and completes digestion of plasmid DNA, PCR products and genomic DNA within 5 to 15 minutes. It runs in the single shared buffer of the rapid series at 37°C and is heat inactivated at 80°C for 20 minutes. Dcm methylation blocks cleavage at overlapping sequences, and the isoschizomers include BalI, MlsI, Mox20I and Msp20I. |
