| Product Name | MnlI Rapid Restriction Endonuclease (5 U/uL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0436 |
| Description | Recognising the asymmetric site 5 prime CCTC(N)7^ 3 prime, this rapid recombinant endonuclease cleaves seven and six bases away from its recognition sequence on the two strands, a distal cutting pattern useful in gene engineering fragment manipulation. It digests plasmid DNA, PCR products and genomic DNA within 5 to 15 minutes, is supplied at 5 U/uL, and runs in the shared rapid series buffer with heat inactivation at 80°C for 20 minutes. EcoBI methylation possibly overlapping the site may block cutting, and no alternative named isoschizomers are documented. This unit stores at -20°C and ships with ice packs. |
