Description The classic Minimum Essential Medium containing Earle's balanced salts for CO2-buffered incubation, providing the minimal nutrient set required for the growth of adherent mammalian cells in monolayer culture.
Intended Use General purpose culture of adherent mammalian cell lines including HeLa, MRC-5, Vero, Wi-38, and other fibroblast and epithelial lines used in virology, vaccine production, and cell biology research.
