Product Name Medium-Salt Tolerant Broad-Spectrum Endonuclease, Pichia Expressed (250-300 U/uL)
Catalog No. IVDRM-0371
Description This sequence-optimised recombinant non-specific endonuclease is expressed in the yeast Pichia pastoris. It shows optimal activity at 150 mM NaCl, with best performance between 125 and 250 mM salt, closing the gap of physiological salt conditions left by conventional and high-salt tolerant nucleases. It efficiently removes nucleic acid contamination and markedly reduces sample viscosity across production processes; in biopharmaceutical manufacturing including virus purification, vaccine production and protein or polysaccharide drug production it clears host residual nucleic acid to picogram levels, and in cell therapy and vaccine research it prevents PBMC clumping.
Intended Use Nucleic acid removal under physiological salt conditions; virus purification, vaccine and protein or polysaccharide manufacturing; PBMC clumping prevention in cell therapy
