| Product Name | Lyticase for Yeast Cell Wall Lysis (10 U/uL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0546 |
| Description | Lyticase, short for fungal cell lysing enzyme, is widely used wherever yeast cell walls must be hydrolysed, including genome research, yeast artificial chromosome extraction, yeast transformation, protoplast preparation, yeast cell disruption and industrial yeast inactivation. This preparation is a solution with an activity of 10 U per microlitre and a common working concentration of 0.15 U per microlitre, and the optimum working concentration is tuned to the application, yeast species and cell quantity. For yeast genomic DNA or plasmid DNA extraction the kit-level concentration is used directly. |
