| Description | Recognising 5 prime GGTAC^C 3 prime, this high concentration rapid recombinant endonuclease rapidly cuts plasmid DNA, PCR products and genomic DNA within 5 to 15 minutes. Supplied at 100 U/uL, it operates in the shared rapid series buffer at 37°C and is heat inactivated at 80°C for 20 minutes. Dam, Dcm, CpG, EcoKI and EcoBI methylation all leave activity unchanged, giving predictable digestion across commonly used template sources, and no alternative named isoschizomers are documented. |
