| Product Name | HpaII Rapid Restriction Endonuclease (20 U/uL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0426 |
| Description | Recognising the CpG containing site 5 prime C^CGG 3 prime, this rapid recombinant endonuclease is blocked by CpG methylation, making it a standard partner in methylation sensitive restriction analysis alongside its MspI counterpart. It supports plasmid linearisation and vector construction with digestion of plasmid DNA, PCR products and genomic DNA in 5 to 15 minutes. Supplied at 20 U/uL, it runs in the common rapid series buffer at 37°C with heat inactivation at 80°C for 20 minutes, and the isoschizomers MspI, HapII and BsiSI share the specificity. |
