| Description | Cutting the AT rich blunt site 5 prime GTT^AAC 3 prime, this rapid recombinant endonuclease processes plasmid DNA, PCR products and genomic DNA within 5 to 15 minutes. It is supplied at 5 U/uL and digests in the common rapid series buffer at 37°C, with heat inactivation at 80°C for 20 minutes. CpG and EcoKI methylation possibly overlapping the site obstruct cleavage, and the isoschizomers BstHPI and KspAI share the specificity. |
