Product Name Hotstart Taq DNA Polymerase, Ultra-Low Residual (20 U/uL)
Catalog No. IVDRM-0505
Description A hot-start Taq DNA polymerase blocked by two proprietary monoclonal antibodies that close down both the polymerase activity and the exonuclease activity until a 30 second pre-denaturation heat step releases them. The double blocking design suppresses non-specific amplification from mismatches or primer dimers and protects against fluorescence signal loss caused by probe degradation, keeping assays reliable during transport and room temperature handling. Processed under an ultra-low residual production regime, the enzyme carries minimal nuclease and host genomic DNA residue, below 0.02 copies per 100 U, and a fully pre-mixed reaction stays stable for 7 days at 37°C, which suits high sensitivity, low residual in vitro diagnostic system development.
Intended Use PCR and real-time quantitative PCR enzyme raw material for IVD molecular diagnostic and in vitro detection assay development
Principle / Technology Dual antibody blocked hot-start Taq polymerase released at pre-denaturation with both catalytic activities restored on heating
