| Description | A hot-start DNA polymerase using antibody blocking with good amplification sensitivity and specificity. Heating for 30 seconds at the pre-denaturation temperature fully inactivates the blocking antibody and releases the DNA polymerase activity, and the hot-start behaviour effectively suppresses amplification caused by non-specific primer annealing. The formulation is glycerol-free and dedicated to lyophilised reagent preparation, and it is stored at 2 to 8°C with a 2 year shelf life, which suits IVD molecular diagnostic PCR raw material and freeze-dried assay development. |
