| Product Name | HinP1I Rapid Restriction Endonuclease (10 U/uL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0429 |
| Description | This rapid recombinant endonuclease cleaves 5 prime G^CGC 3 prime and supports recombinant vector construction and molecular cloning, digesting plasmid DNA, PCR products and genomic DNA within 5 to 15 minutes. Supplied at 10 U/uL, it operates in the single buffer common to the rapid series at 37°C and is heat inactivated at 80°C for 20 minutes. CpG methylation at the site influences cutting, and the enzyme shares its specificity with the isoschizomers HhaI, CfoI, AspLEI, Hin6I, HspAI and BstHHI. |
