| Product Name | High-Fidelity DNA Polymerase II for NGS Library Amplification (1 U/µL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0318 |
| Description | A next-generation high-fidelity polymerase engineered from Pyrococcus furiosus DNA polymerase, pairing a 5' to 3' polymerase domain with a 3' to 5' exonuclease domain for high thermal tolerance and fidelity: 98 °C tolerance with fidelity 52 times Taq DNA polymerase and 6 times conventional Pfu DNA polymerase. Designed specifically for NGS library amplification, it overcomes the GC bias seen when amplifying templates of differing GC content and delivers 1.5 times the amplification efficiency of the first generation for markedly higher library yield. A dedicated buffer plus amplification promoter give very high efficiency across a broad range of templates. |
| Intended Use | NGS library amplification and high-fidelity PCR for second-generation sequencing. |
