| Product Name | HiFi Cas9 Nuclease, High-Fidelity SpCas9 Variant (5 mg/mL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0584 |
| Description | An engineered variant of Streptococcus pyogenes SpCas9, HiFi Cas9 carries a series of point mutations that weaken the interaction between Cas9 and the non-target DNA strand, raising specificity so that off-target effects often fall below the limit of detection while on-target activity is preserved. The protein carries two nuclear localisation signals and a C-terminal 6-His tag and is intended for ribonucleoprotein delivery by electroporation, microinjection or lipofection. It can replace standard Cas9 Nuclease directly and is recommended for off-target sensitive work such as stem cell editing, pre-therapeutic studies and in vivo experiments. Purity is at least 95%. |
