| Product Name | HhaI Rapid Restriction Endonuclease (20 U/uL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0428 |
| Description | Recognising 5 prime GCG^C 3 prime, this rapid recombinant endonuclease serves vector construction and molecular cloning with digestion of plasmid DNA, PCR products and genomic DNA in 5 to 15 minutes. CpG methylation at the site influences cutting, a property exploited in methylation sensitive restriction analysis. The enzyme is supplied at 20 U/uL, digests in the shared rapid series buffer at 37°C, and is inactivated by heating at 80°C for 20 minutes. Its isoschizomer panel includes HinP1I, CfoI, AspLEI, Hin6I, HspAI and BstHHI, while Dam, Dcm, EcoKI and EcoBI methylation are tolerated. |
| Intended Use | Vector construction, molecular cloning and methylation sensitive restriction analysis at GCGC sites |
| Principle / Technology | Site specific cleavage at 5 prime GCG^C 3 prime within 5 to 15 minutes at 37°C |
