| Product Name | HaeIII Rapid Restriction Endonuclease (10 U/uL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0427 |
| Description | Cutting the CpG rich blunt site 5 prime GG^CC 3 prime, this rapid recombinant endonuclease supports gene cloning, recombinant vector construction and plasmid linearisation with digestion of plasmid DNA, PCR products and genomic DNA in 5 to 15 minutes. It is supplied at 10 U/uL and performs in the unified rapid series buffer at 37°C, with heat inactivation at 80°C for 20 minutes. Dam, Dcm, CpG, EcoKI and EcoBI methylation all leave activity unchanged, a notable tolerance among CpG cutting enzymes, and BsuRI, BshFI, BspANI and BsnI are documented isoschizomers. |
