| Description | Derived from recombinant expression in E. coli, this high-concentration T7 RNA polymerase copyies any double-stranded DNA carrying a T7 promoter into RNA in the presence of NTPs. Blunt-ended or 5-prime overhanging linear DNA from plasmids or PCR reactions is accepted without further processing, supporting transcripts of 20-10,000 nt and typical yields of 100-200 ug RNA per ug of template. Endonuclease, exonuclease and RNase activities are below detection, the enzyme is produced under GMP regulations, and the liquid is filled at 250 U/uL. |
