| Product Name | GMP-Grade RNase R for Linear RNA Digestion (20 U/uL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0365 |
| Description | This GMP-grade RNase R is a magnesium ion dependent 3 to 5 exoribonuclease derived from E. coli. It digests essentially all linear RNA while tolerating circular RNA, lariat RNA and double-stranded RNA with 3 overhangs shorter than seven nucleotides. Applications include gene expression studies, alternative splicing analysis, circRNA and lariat RNA enrichment from biological samples, exon circRNA identification, intron lariat RNA identification and RNA workflows related to mRNA vaccine and drug manufacturing. |
| Intended Use | Gene expression studies; alternative splicing research; circRNA and lariat RNA enrichment; exon circRNA identification; mRNA vaccine and drug related in vitro transcription workflows |
| Principle / Technology | Magnesium-dependent 3 to 5 exoribonucleolytic digestion of linear RNA, retaining non-linear RNA species |
