Product Name GMP-Grade Recombinant Broad-Spectrum Endonuclease for Host Residual Nucleic Acid Removal (250-300 U/uL)
Catalog No. IVDRM-0369
Description This GMP-grade non-specific endonuclease, derived from Serratia marcescens and expressed in E. coli under GMP conditions, cleaves nucleic acids at any inter-nucleotide position into 2 to 5 base 5-monophosphate oligonucleotides. It degrades all forms of DNA and RNA even in the presence of 6 M urea, 0.1 M guanidine hydrochloride, 0.4% Triton X-100, 0.1% SDS, 1 mM EDTA or 1 mM PMSF. Beyond reducing viscosity in protein purification, it serves as a host residual nucleic acid removal reagent in virus purification, vaccine production and protein or polysaccharide manufacturing, lowering residual nucleic acid to picogram levels to improve product efficacy and safety, and it prevents PBMC clumping in cell therapy workflows.
Intended Use Host residual nucleic acid removal in virus purification, vaccine production and protein or polysaccharide manufacturing; viscosity reduction in protein purification; PBMC clumping prevention
