| Description | Expressed as a soluble recombinant protein in E. coli, this murine RNase inhibitor forms a tight complex with RNase and neutralises RNase A, B and C activities with high specificity. Unlike its human counterpart, it lacks the two oxidation-sensitive cysteine residues, which gives it stronger antioxidant behaviour and makes it a better match for DTT-sensitive setups such as qPCR. Produced under GMP process requirements and supplied as a liquid at 40 U/uL, it keeps RNA templates intact through in vitro transcription and safeguards RNA quality in reverse transcription workflows. |
