| Description | Recombinantly expressed in E. coli, this inorganic pyrophosphatase splits one molecule of pyrophosphate into two phosphate ions, a strongly exergonic step that can be coupled to thermodynamically unfavourable reactions to drive them to completion. Including the enzyme in reverse transcription and in vitro transcription pulls the equilibrium toward product and measurably raises RNA yield, and it supports mRNA programs through IND filing. Produced free of ampicillin and any animal-derived raw materials under GMP requirements with an ISO 13485 system and drug master file filed. |
