| Product Name | FspI Rapid Restriction Endonuclease (10 U/uL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0418 |
| Description | Cutting the palindromic site 5 prime TGC^GCA 3 prime to give blunt ends, this rapid recombinant endonuclease acquires and processes DNA fragments for molecular cloning and finishes digestion of plasmid DNA, PCR products and genomic DNA in 5 to 15 minutes. Supplied at 10 U/uL, it runs in the unified rapid series buffer at 37°C and is heat inactivated at 80°C for 20 minutes. CpG methylation fully overlapping the site blocks cleavage, and the isoschizomers Acc16I, AviII, MstI and NsbI share the specificity. |
