Description Polymer microspheres internally loaded with quantum dots or rare-earth fluorescent complexes and functionalized with surface carboxyl groups for covalent protein conjugation.
Intended Use Development and large-scale manufacture of lateral flow immunochromatographic assays and quantitative fluorescence test strips.
Principle / Technology Encapsulated fluorescent materials generate stable optical signals, while carboxyl-functionalized surfaces enable chemical coupling of antibodies, antigens and other proteins.
Detection Method Fluorescence or time-resolved fluorescence detection in lateral flow formats.
Performance Range / Specifications Quantum-dot red: 300 nm, excitation 360 nm, emission 610 nm. Quantum-dot green: 300 nm, excitation 360 nm, emission 525 nm. Time-resolved type 1: 250 nm, excitation 360 nm, emission 615 nm. Time-resolved type 2: 320 nm, excitation 360 nm, emission 615 nm.
