Product Name Fast Restriction Enzyme HinfI (Recognition Site: 5'-G↓ANTC-3')
Catalog No. IVDRM-0046
Description This fast restriction enzyme is produced by recombinant genetic engineering and completes precise DNA cleavage within 5-15 minutes, making it ideal for rapid digestion of plasmid DNA, PCR products, and genomic DNA. All enzymes in the fast digestion series share a single universal buffer, which greatly simplifies reaction setup. Generous activity redundancy allows easy handling of excess substrate or difficult templates.
Intended Use For rapid digestion of plasmid DNA, PCR products, genomic DNA, and other DNA substrates in molecular cloning and molecular biology workflows. For research use.
Principle / Technology Recombinant restriction endonuclease produced by genetic engineering. It recognizes a specific double-stranded DNA sequence and cleaves both strands at defined positions, completing accurate digestion within 5-15 minutes.
Sample Type Plasmid DNA, PCR products, genomic DNA, and other DNA substrates.

Expiration Date / Stability Stable for 2 years when stored at -25°C to -15°C.
Recommended Buffer System A single universal fast digestion buffer is shared across the entire fast restriction enzyme series, simplifying the digestion reaction setup.
Application Notes / Precautions Good activity redundancy allows easy handling of excess substrate or difficult templates.
Methylation note: CpG and EcoBI methylation may overlap the recognition sequence and block cleavage.
Recognition Site 5'-G↓ANTC-3'
3'-CTNA↑G-5'
Heat Inactivation Incubate at 80°C for 20 min.
Methylation Sensitivity CpG, EcoBI: sequence overlap is possible, resulting in blocked cleavage.
