Product Name Fast Restriction Enzyme EcoRI (Recognition Site: G/AATTC)
Catalog No. IVDRM-0037
Description This fast restriction enzyme is produced by recombinant genetic engineering and delivers precise, complete DNA cleavage within 5-15 minutes. It is ideal for rapid digestion of plasmid DNA, PCR products, and genomic DNA. All enzymes in the series share a single universal digestion buffer, which greatly simplifies reaction setup, and exhibit generous activity excess, allowing effortless digestion of excess substrate or difficult templates.
Intended Use For rapid digestion of plasmid DNA, PCR products, and genomic DNA in molecular cloning workflows.
Principle / Technology Recombinant fast restriction endonuclease produced by genetic engineering; recognizes a specific palindromic/defined DNA sequence and cleaves both strands at defined positions within 5-15 minutes.
Sample Type Plasmid DNA, PCR products, genomic DNA, and other double-stranded DNA substrates.
Performance Range / Specifications Completes precise DNA digestion within 5-15 min.
