| Product Name | Fast Restriction Enzyme ClaI (Recognition Site: 5'-AT↓CGAT-3') |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0028 |
| Description | Fast Restriction Enzyme ClaI is a fast restriction endonuclease produced by recombinant genetic engineering. It precisely completes DNA cleavage within 5–15 minutes and is suitable for rapid digestion of plasmid DNA, PCR products, genomic DNA, and more. All fast restriction enzymes in this series share a single universal digestion buffer, which greatly simplifies the reaction setup. In addition, the enzyme provides ample activity redundancy, allowing effortless digestion of excess substrate or difficult templates. ClaI recognizes the sequence 5'-AT↓CGAT-3' and cleaves to produce the corresponding cohesive ends. |
| Intended Use | Rapid digestion of plasmid DNA, PCR products, and genomic DNA in 5–15 minutes for molecular cloning and other molecular biology workflows. |
| Principle / Technology | Recombinant fast restriction endonuclease that recognizes a specific double-stranded DNA sequence and cleaves it within 5–15 minutes; a single universal fast digestion buffer is shared across the series to simplify reaction setup, with generous activity redundancy to handle excess substrate or difficult templates. |
| Sample Type | Plasmid DNA, PCR products, genomic DNA. |
