Product Name Fast Restriction Enzyme ApaLI (Recognition Site: G/TGCAC)
Catalog No. IVDRM-0003
Description ApaLI is a recombinant fast restriction endonuclease engineered to deliver precise, complete DNA cleavage within just 5–15 minutes. It is ideally suited for the rapid digestion of plasmid DNA, PCR products, and genomic DNA. All enzymes in this fast-digestion series share a single universal digestion buffer, greatly simplifying reaction setup, and provide generous activity redundancy to effortlessly handle excess substrate or difficult templates.
