| Product Name | Esp3I Rapid Restriction Endonuclease (10 U/uL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0414 |
| Description | Recognising 5 prime CGTCTC(N)1^ 3 prime, this rapid recombinant endonuclease cleaves outside its asymmetric site and suits vector construction and DNA cloning workflows that benefit from designed overhangs. It digests plasmid DNA, PCR products and genomic DNA within 5 to 15 minutes, is supplied at 10 U/uL, and runs in the shared rapid series buffer at 37°C with heat inactivation at 80°C for 20 minutes. CpG methylation fully overlapping the site blocks cleavage and EcoBI methylation may influence it, while no alternative named isoschizomers are documented. This unit stores at -20°C and ships with ice packs. |
