| Product Name | EcoRV Rapid Restriction Endonuclease (20 U/uL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0413 |
| Description | Cutting the palindromic site 5 prime GAT^ATC 3 prime to yield blunt ended fragments, this rapid recombinant endonuclease simplifies downstream ligation design and rapidly processes plasmid DNA, PCR products and genomic DNA within 5 to 15 minutes. Supplied at 20 U/uL, it digests in the unified rapid series buffer at 37°C and is heat inactivated at 80°C for 20 minutes. EcoBI methylation possibly overlapping the site may block cutting, and Eco32I is the recognised isoschizomer. This unit stores at -20°C and ships with ice packs. |
