| Product Name | EagI Rapid Restriction Endonuclease (20 U/uL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0411 |
| Description | Recognising 5 prime C^GGCCG 3 prime, this rapid recombinant endonuclease prepares DNA fragments and cuts genomic DNA for downstream analysis within 5 to 15 minutes. It is supplied at 20 U/uL, digests in the common rapid series buffer at its 37°C optimum, and is heat inactivated at 80°C for 20 minutes. CpG methylation fully overlapping the site blocks cleavage, and the isoschizomers BseX3I, BstZI, EclXI, Eco52I and XmaIII share the same specificity. |
