| Product Name | DraI Rapid Restriction Endonuclease (5 U/uL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0407 |
| Description | Cutting the AT rich blunt site 5 prime TTT^AAA 3 prime, this rapid recombinant endonuclease supports molecular cloning, vector construction and plasmid linearisation with clean digestion of plasmid DNA, PCR products and genomic DNA in 5 to 15 minutes. It is supplied at 5 U/uL and performs in the common rapid series buffer at 37°C, with heat inactivation at 80°C for 20 minutes. EcoKI methylation fully overlapping the site blocks cleavage while no alternative named isoschizomers are documented. The AT rich recognition sequence is relatively rare in GC rich genomes, giving the enzyme niche value for selective linearisation. |
