| Product Name | ClaI Rapid Restriction Endonuclease (20 U/uL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0402 |
| Description | Recognising 5 prime AT^CGAT 3 prime, this rapid recombinant endonuclease cuts plasmid DNA, PCR products and genomic DNA within 5 to 15 minutes. Supplied at 20 U/uL, it digests in the unified rapid series buffer at 37°C and is inactivated by heating at 80°C for 20 minutes. Dam and CpG methylation overlapping the site may block cutting, Dcm and EcoKI methylation are tolerated, and EcoBI methylation may influence activity. The enzyme has an exceptionally broad isoschizomer panel including BspDI, BanIII, Bsa29I, BseCI, BshVI, BsiXI, Bsp106I, BspXI, Bsu15I, BsuTUI and ZhoI, easing protocol migration. This unit stores at -20°C |
