| Product Name | Cfr42I (SacII) Rapid Restriction Endonuclease (20 U/uL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0403 |
| Description | This engineered rapid endonuclease cleaves 5 prime CCGC^GG 3 prime, generating a 3 prime overhang, and completes digestion of plasmid DNA, PCR products and genomic DNA in 5 to 15 minutes. It is supplied at 20 U/uL, operates in the shared rapid series buffer at 37°C, and is heat inactivated at 80°C for 20 minutes. CpG methylation overlapping the site may obstruct cleavage, relevant for methylated templates, and the isoschizomers SacII, KspI, Sfr303I and SgrBI share the same specificity. |
