| Product Name | Bsu36I Rapid Restriction Endonuclease (10 U/uL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0594 |
| Description | A rapid series restriction endonuclease recognising the interrupted palindrome 5 prime CCTNAGG 3 prime and cutting between the cytosine and thymine to produce a four base 5 prime overhang. It digests plasmid DNA, PCR products and genomic DNA in 5 to 15 minutes and shares the single rapid series digestion buffer, which keeps reaction setup simple and provides activity redundancy for over-digestion or difficult templates. The enzyme runs at 37°C and is heat inactivated by 20 minutes at 80°C. AxyI, Bse21I and Eco81I are isoschizomers. |
| Intended Use | Rapid DNA digestion for cloning and restriction analysis of plasmids, PCR products and genomic DNA |
