| Product Name | BstXI Restriction Endonuclease (10 U/uL) |
| Catalog No. | IVDRM-0530 |
| Description | A type IIP restriction enzyme that recognises 5 prime CCA(N)5^NTGG 3 prime and cuts within the spaced recognition sequence, BstXI is used for DNA fragment cloning and vector construction. The enzyme is supplied with an optimised dedicated buffer that lets it perform at its best, and the buffer contains recombinant albumin, which improves the stability of many enzymes. Digestion runs at 37°C with heat inactivation at 80°C for 20 minutes. Dcm methylation affects cutting, while Dam, CpG, EcoKI and EcoBI methylation have no effect. |
